A Sunrise Impression
Commissioned by “Musikverein Haaren” in Germany
This evocative concert work from 1996 begins with a dreamy introduction, followed by the first theme. The musical tension gradually builds up, leading to the Grandioso, where a new, powerful theme is introduced. The two ever-present themes are then further developed, ultimately culminating in a climax that brings the piece to its conclusion.
